About Wildflower Home Care:
At Wildflower Home Care, we’re all about building genuine connections with our clients. We’re a small, friendly, and close-knit team, and we take pride in providing care that goes beyond just meeting basic needs – it’s about offering companionship, making people smile, and helping them stay connected with their community. We’re fully registered with the CQC, and we’re looking for local, friendly drivers to join us and make a real difference in the lives of those we care for.
What We’re Looking For:
As a Community Care Assistant (CCA) with us, you’ll be there for our clients not just for personal care, but for the emotional support they need to feel valued and part of their community. We’re looking for someone who is warm, caring, and has the time and energy to engage with clients, get to know them, and support them in their daily lives. If you’re passionate about helping others, love a chat, and enjoy being part of a supportive team, you’ll fit right in!
Your Role:
Be a friendly face and provide companionship to our clients – it’s not just about care, it’s about being there for them.
Help clients access the local community by taking them to appointments, activities, or just out for a walk.
Encourage clients to stay active, engage in their hobbies, and enjoy life, all while supporting their independence.
Lend a hand with light personal care tasks, like getting dressed or washing, when needed.
Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping – all things that make a client’s home feel warm and welcoming.
Keep in touch with our team and share any feedback or changes in clients’ needs – we’re all here to help and support each other.
Keep things ticking along with medication reminders and light support for daily routines.
What We’d Love From You:
A friendly, kind, and compassionate personality – we’re all about making genuine connections.
A UK driving license and access to a vehicle – so you can help clients get out and about.
Previous experience is great, but it’s not a must – we’re happy to train you and provide ongoing support.
A team player who loves supporting others – whether it’s clients or colleagues, we’re here to have each other’s backs.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends (whatever works for you).
A DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check (if you don’t have one, we’ll help you get it sorted).
